BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA APARTMENT
A spacious three-room apartment with a striking view of the Church of Santa Maria dei Servi. The living area is composed by a cozy sitting room with a sofa and a windowed bathroom with shower. The dining area, for up to five people, is lit by a French door leading to a private balcony with table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with four induction cooktops, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double one and a twin one plus another bed. There is also a second, small bathroom.

Up to 15 days before the arrival, no cost is charged in case of cancellation | After the term of 14 days to the arrival, the total is charged | In case of cancellation during the stay there will be no refund.

PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking space is available by reservation (€25 daily / €250 monthly). Entrance from Vicolo Bolognetti is allowed only with ZTL authorization.
LAUNDRY ROOM
At guests' disposal there is a common area with washing machine and dryer.
RECEPTION
Reception service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
KEYLESS ACCESS
Independent key-free access through a personal code provided via email a few days before arrival.
