Private parking space is available by reservation (€25 daily / €250 monthly). Entrance from Vicolo Bolognetti is allowed only with ZTL authorization.

At guests' disposal there is a common area with washing machine and dryer.

RECEPTION

Reception service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

KEYLESS ACCESS

Independent key-free access through a personal code provided via email a few days before arrival.

I PAGLIACCI APARTMENT

Elegant, furnished two level apartment, located on the ground floor. The living area, on the lower floor, features a living room with a comfortable sofa and a four person dining table, as well as a kitchenette equipped with induction cooktops, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric kettle. On the same level, the sleeping area is composed by a double bedroom and two bathrooms, a small one and a wide windowed one, complete with shower. On the mezzanine there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds.
