Residence Opera is located in Strada Maggiore, one of Bologna’s most important streets,
whose majestic portici host several remarkable and renowned residential buildings.

Residence Opera inaugurated in 2016 and features apartments with high ceilings, some of which are frescoed, and refined contemporary furnishings.

Here, in the 18th century, was an ancient open-air theater, which inspired the idea for the Residence name. The facility winds through terraces and balconies, dominating the typical Bolognese roofs, giving unique views of the Basilica di Santa Maria dei Servi.

Each apartment is named after a famous opera and is decorated with pictures of the city’s main theater: the Teatro Comunale.

Along the street that leads directly under the Two Towers, we can find important museums like the Davia Bargellini Museum and the charming Corte Isolani, one of the most singular places for shopping between art and culture.
