Our story begins when we passionately restored two ancient buildings in the centre of Bologna bringing them back to life as elegant Apartment Hotels. Our Residences fit to accommodate those who stay for business, those traveling for tourism and they are perfect for families.
RESIDENCE PETRONIO
In the heart of Bologna a short step from the Two Towers
Residence Petronio was created in 2009 from an historic building, formerly known as “Albergo Giuliani”. The facility is the result of a careful restoration that preserved the outward appearance but completely renovated the interior design.
5 apartments on 5 floors, all linked by an elevator, each one decorated with great attention to details and characterized by intense colors and elegant furnishings.
RESIDENCE OPERA
A historic building brought back to life through the magic of theatre
Residence Opera overlooks one of Bologna’s most important streets: Strada Maggiore. Lined with porticoes on both sides for most of its length, the street features a series of highly representative residential buildings.
This particular building stretches across the entire block, reaching Vicolo Bolognetti. In the 18th century, this very spot was home to an open-air theatre, which inspired the name of the Residence.
CARDUCCI RESIDENCE
An oasis of calm in the historic center of Bologna
Residence Carducci, located on a characteristic street in Bologna’s historic center, offers apartments of various sizes.
This recently renovated building features a spacious shared terrace, where guests can enjoy an unexpected sense of tranquility.

Private parking space is available upon reservation. €28 daily | €280 monthly (Note: Petronio Residence has no parking)
INTERNET WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi connection is available in all the apartments and in the common areas.
KEYLESS ACCESS
Independent and key-free access through a personal code provided after booking.
CLEANING
Weekly cleaning with complete linen change included in the rate
LAUNDRY ROOM
We have laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers for our guests to use for free.
RECEPTION
Reception service is available at Residence Opera in Strada Maggiore 52, from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
