Residence Petronio
In the heart of Bologna a short step from the Two Towers
Residence Petronio was created in 2009 from an historic building, formerly known as “Albergo Giuliani”. The facility is the result of a careful restoration that preserved the outward appearance but completely renovated the interior design.
5 apartments on 5 floors, all linked by an elevator, each one decorated with great attention to details and characterized by intense colors and elegant furnishings.
Residence Opera
A historic building brought back to life through the magic of theatre
Residence Opera overlooks one of Bologna’s most important streets: Strada Maggiore. Lined with porticoes on both sides for most of its length, the street features a series of highly representative residential buildings.
This particular building stretches across the entire block, reaching Vicolo Bolognetti. In the 18th century, this very spot was home to an open-air theatre, which inspired the name of the Residence.
